Please read these terms carefully before using ShopCircuit Platform
Introduction
This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011.
Welcome to ShopCircuit. The Platform is owned by ShopCircuit Designs Private Limited, having its registered office at Old No.22/1 & 22/2, Shubharam complex 5th Flr Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bangalore North Bangalore KA 560001 IN, India.
Your use of ShopCircuit and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to ShopCircuit including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of ShopCircuit, You shall be contracting with Vidyant Technologies Private Limited, the owner of the Platform.
User Account, Password, and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Display Name and Password.
If information is untrue or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access.
Your mobile phone number is your primary identifier on the Platform.
Note: If you have not accessed Platform for 2 years, your data (including transactional data) will be deleted from our records.
Services Offered
ShopCircuit provides Internet-based services through the Platform enabling Users to purchase original merchandise such as clothing, footwear, accessories, electronics from various sellers and brands.
Products sold are additionally governed by specific policies - cancellation, exchange, return policy. ShopCircuit does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, or error-free.
Platform for Transaction and Communication
All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone
ShopCircuit does not have any control over commercial/contractual terms between Buyers and Sellers
ShopCircuit does not make any representation or warranty as to specifics of products or services
ShopCircuit is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract
ShopCircuit is only a platform for communication routed through ONDC network
Pricing errors may lead to order cancellation by seller
User Conduct and Rules

Fraudulent Activities:
Bulk/Fraud Orders:
• Products not for self-consumption but commercial resale
• Multiple orders for same product at same address
• Bulk quantity of same product ordered
• Invalid address given
• Orders placed using technological glitch
Payment
ShopCircuit provides payment facility as a facilitator, not a banking or financial service.
For Buyers:
- Legally binding contract with Seller upon transaction initiation
- Refund claims if delivery not received within agreed time
- Refund to same Issuing Bank or electronic transfer
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Card: 3-7 Business Days
- Net Banking/UPI: 3-7 Business Days
- Cash on Delivery: 3-7 Business Days after bank details
PAN Card Requirement: For purchases of INR 2,00,000 or above, PAN card must be uploaded within 4 days, failing which order will be cancelled.
Contents Posted on Platform
All text, graphics, user interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, and artwork is third party user-generated content. ShopCircuit is merely an intermediary.
By posting content, you grant ShopCircuit worldwide, perpetual, and transferable rights to use the content for promotional and advertising purposes.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
All materials and products on Platform are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties. ShopCircuit does not warrant that Platform will be constantly available or that information is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless ShopCircuit from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or violation of any law or third party rights.
Limitation of Liability
ShopCircuit's liability shall be limited to an amount equal to the Products purchased value. ShopCircuit shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Bangalore.
Sale in India Only
Platform materials are presented solely for sale in India. ShopCircuit is not responsible for supply/refund for orders from other countries.
Convenience Fee
- Convenience fee may be levied on low value orders
- Fee specified on shopping bag page
- Charged on overall order value
- ShopCircuit reserves right to modify/waive convenience fee
- COD may be disabled for accounts with high return percentage
Open Box Delivery
Available in select pincodes. Delivery partner opens package in front of you. For COD, payment before opening box. If product is missing, damaged or different, do not accept the order. For COD, on-spot refund; for prepaid, refund to source.
