Overview
Please read our returns, refunds and exchange policy carefully. All returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions mentioned below and the product description page on the Platform.
What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers and suppliers listed on the Platform that are within the return window. However, products that are explicitly identified as 'not returnable' on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Products identified as 'returnable' are eligible for return with conditions as specified.
Products sold under offers, promotions or discounts may not be returnable at the Platform's discretion.
Damaged/defective/wrong products are eligible for exchange as per product description.

- Free returns included
Wrong/Defect Item Return Option
- Return only for defective/damaged/wrong products
- Available for all returnable products
- Free returns when fault lies with supplier
- No additional cost

How to Return Items?
Initiate return request under 'My Orders' section
Create return request and follow platform instructions
Return ID will be generated by ShopCircuit
Keep product in original packaging with all tags intact
Delivery partner may conduct quality check at pickup
Product undergoes quality check upon receipt
Exchange Policy
All returnable products are eligible for exchange (same product only), subject to stock availability and serviceable address.
If new product costs more: Pay the difference amount
If new product costs less: Difference amount refunded
⚠️ Once a product has been exchanged, no further exchanges are allowed on the same order.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
⚠️ For electronic devices: Remove all personal information and disable screen lock before returning.
Refund Information
How will I get my refund?
- Refund credited to same source of payment after deducting return cost (if applicable)
- Only the amount actually paid will be refunded
- Offers/discounts applied to returned product will be forfeited
- For COD orders, bank account details required for refund
