Clear guidelines for order cancellations and refunds
Overview
This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed on ShopCircuit's website or mobile application. Please read carefully to understand when and how orders can be cancelled.
User Cancellation
When can you cancel?
After order placement and before the order has been dispatched by the supplier.
How to cancel?
Go to 'My Orders' in your Profile → Select the order → Click 'Cancel Order' → Provide reason
Reasons for cancellation:
Supplier Cancellation
Cancellation window: Within 1 day after the scheduled dispatch date
Reasons for cancellation:
ShopCircuit Cancellation
Cancellation window: Anytime from order placement until delivery
Reasons for cancellation:
Refund Information
How will you get refund?
Refund credited to the same source of payment (bank account, UPI, wallet, etc.). Entire amount paid will be refunded.
Discount Vouchers / Promotions
Any discount vouchers or promotional offers used will be forfeited upon cancellation.

Note: In case of discrepancies regarding refund amount, ShopCircuit may request additional information such as bank statement or other relevant documents.
